To make things simple, I made a printable pdf template as well as a silhouette cameo cut file ready to use the link down below this post. Watch the Youtube tutorial video here. on how to assemble the Confetti card template.
Get the printable version of the confetti flinger template below.
It has 3 different sizes 3.5cm, 4cm, and 5cm depending on how big the confetti card you’re gonna make.
You need an elastic band to make the confetti flinger work. Use a rubber band that is not too big or thick, similar to the size of a hair ties.
This is what the assembled card looks like. If you want to make it without using a template you can follow the measurement below to make a 3.5cm size.

I just have to say THANK YOU! I am the art coordinator at an after school activity center (summer day camp currently) and with 150-175 kids, you just saved me a whole lot of drawing, measuring, and scoring! Fyi the kids are currently making my autograph memory scrapbook, and your cards are the ideal touch! Have a great day, and stay safe
Hi Melissa, Your comment made my day 🙂 I’m so glad this template is a great help in your school art project!
Thank you SO much for sharing the Silhouette file. We tried to draw out some of these by hand and it didn’t work quite right. You are a lifesaver! We are using these in our family’s annual Christmas cards. I can’t wait for the recipients to open them! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!!
