What is Simbalion Watercolor?
Simbalion watercolor is an affordable brand of watercolor cake paint. It has 12 to 36 color selections. The colors are opaque and have a good selection of colors. I bought mine online for about 200 pesos. I have been using this brand for a couple of years. I do love that it’s affordable but has a good quality to it.
What is it like when dried?
It has a chalky or dusty feel to it. The pigment might transfer when you rub it off with your fingers. But overall it has very vibrant colors.
