How to Reset Canon Pixma G3010 Printer After Switching to a New Router
If you have recently switched to a new router, you may need to reset your Canon Pixma G3010 printer to its default settings to ensure that it can connect to the new network. The reset process is straightforward and can be done in a few simple steps.
To reset the printer to its default settings, you can follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the printer is turned on.
- Press the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Then Press + up to the number 13
- Then Press either the ‘Black’ or ‘Color’ button to start the factory reset.
- Wait for the printer to finish the reset process. It will take a couple of seconds to a minute.
Note: Resetting the printer will erase all custom settings and restore the printer to its default settings. This means that you will need to set up the printer again, including connecting it to Wi-Fi and configuring other settings.
